Dr. John Payne, Dr. David Stanley, Dr. Rob Owen, Dr. Davis Denney, Dr. Frank Litchfield, and Dr. Drew Owen each bring their own unique expertise and passion for pediatric dentistry to our practice. Our pediatric dentists not only excel in clinical skills but also in building strong relationships with our young patients and their families. Dr. Payne, Dr. Stanley, Dr. Owen, Dr. Denney, Dr. Litchfield, and Dr. Owen all share a common goal of promoting good oral health habits from a young age and helping children maintain healthy smiles for a lifetime. With a focus on prevention, education, and personalized care, our team of pediatric dentists strives to make each visit to our office a positive and enjoyable experience for children and parents alike.
Dr. Andrew Owens grew up on a farm in the small community of Massey, AL. He received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and went on to earn his dental degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. Dr. Owens completed residency in pediatric dentistry at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, a level 1 trauma center and top 10 children’s hospital in the nation. He was a member of the cleft craniofacial team, specializing in treating cleft lip and palate. The focus of his training was trauma, general anesthesia, oral conscious sedation, and IV sedation. He is board-certified with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He and his wife, Carson, have three children, Meryl Juliette, Franklin Lawrence and George Alexander. In his free time, Dr. Owens enjoys running, reading, playing guitar, tennis, and Auburn sports.
